Dora the Explorer, Day Four - 11/01/10

Hidingananan cave – Situated on Panglao Island the cave is a commercially run place, that since the last time i saw it 2 years ago has become even more commercial. I seem to remember in 2008 when i visited it was little more than a hut, now there is a ticket office and one hundred souvenoiur shops all selling the same 'tat'. Mind its only 15php each entry  5php to park bike. For someone whos’ve never visited a cave its a nice price, tour guide was a really nice guy been doing it for a year, knew all the settings on my camera, better at it than me, my gf having never been in a cave was full of questions and picture, picture.

Panglao  island  In light of the new airport getting built a new bridge has been constructed, which is fantastic news, as the old bridge would simply not cope with the increase in traffic volume. I just have one simple question, the new bridge is great but once over it where does all the additional traffic go, the roads in Bohol in Tagbilaran are overcrowded as it is, and the tourist routes are already heavy with mini vans plying the routes.

Blood Compact – I visited the Blood compact for the third time, and it was just as it had been two years prior, however this time we were lucky and managed to visit in between the tour buses, so it was a great photo opportunity.

Giant fyton as gf says. The largest captive python in the Philippines, but i think the real high light of the show is the ladyboy.
