Well after a Bon voyage soirée extraordinaire at our house last night, we loaded ourselves and our luggage into our rental car and made the trip to San Francisco. We are camped out in the all-American Super 8 hotel nursing our hangovers and trying to remember all the things we've forgotten. So much for the first leg of our journey. Tomorrow we fly out to New York to meet up with Cristine's sister, Erika, and a two day speed tour of New York City. We're exhausted, totally overwhelmed with what we've decided to do for the next year, and wondering what's up ahead around the next bend. Hopefully a good night's sleep! Kind of like the Death Drop ride at Disneyland...hold hands and hold on tight, here we go!
