My time in New Jersey went by so quickly! Basically, I had time to unload my bags from Mexico, shop for a few necessities (I love The Mall at Short Hills) for the Euro portion of my trip and frantically pack everything up again! I can't wait to see what I forgot - I'm sure I'll need new shoes somewhere! ;)

I did however, get to spend time with my good friend Eligia, catch up with Ryan Herb Franke (yes, I need to include all 3 names), meet Ross' friend Tracy and ALMOST got together with my friend Debbie from Larnaca, Cyprus who is in the U.S. for only a couple weeks. Hopefully, on my return flight back thru Newark, Debbie and I will be able to make it happen and see each other - it's been YEARS!!!

We had dinner the first night at the office because the other place we wanted to go had way too long of a wait and everyone was "starving"! The second night we had dinner at a place that used to be called "Calilou Cafe" but now they serve Mexican food with the BEST Sangria's (IMO) this side of the Atlantic)! Just for the record, Barcelona, Spain has THE BEST Sangria's I've had - EVER!!!
