We enjoyed the Sunday Brunch, which was quite spectacular. This event is traditionally held in our main dinning room, The Club Restaurant, every Sunday that is a "sea day".
Following brunch, Rick went to the Pacific Princess Choir rehearsal.
The rest of the day was relaxing, and then we watched the "Pro Bowl". Then we went to dinner and a new couple, from England, Alan and Lorna joined us. Then we took in the “Magic Show, starring Bobby Borgia, however he was not very entertaining.

Started the day after breakfast by going the 4th Culinary Demonstration. After lunch Rick went to the Choir Rehearsal, which is on every sea day. Chris took an easy day reading on our deck for awhile and Rick went to a drink demo. We spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing before dinner. This was a “Formal” for pictures. After dinner we took in the “Do You Wanna Dance” with the dancers and singers. They put on a very good entertaining show.

We had breakfast in our room and Chris had a lazy morning. Rick went on deck to walk around the track and then to the gym for a workout. Rick was again at choir. In the afternoon we went to a digital photo lecture. Then we went to lunch and came back to the room to read and work on uploading pictures and videos. The weather has been mild and cloudy. Not much sun on the deck by the pool. Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer. The seas have been smooth so far. We then went to dinner.

Another lazy day with breakfast in the Panorama Buffet followed by Rick at choir and Chris going up to the very nice Library to read. Today was a little warmer but still not the best for lounging by the pool so we just worked on the blog and back up computer files. In the afternoon, we went to the lecture “Leave It To Beaver-Behind the Scenes” with Jerry Mathers. This was quite interesting and entertaining with Jerry giving his story of his discovery and early acting experiences before his iconic role as “the Beaver” in the Leave It To Beaver television show. He was quite personable and we even got a picture with him. Before dinner, there was a cocktail party in honor of all the passengers who are on for the whole 2012 World Cruise; about 300 of us. The after dinner entertainment was Glenn Smith, a dynamic entertainer who is mostly a pianist & has performed in Las Vegas along with many well-known celebrities. He put on a pretty good show.
Today was a day to remember Chris' Dad, the 5th anniversary of his passing.
February 2, 2012
The morning started, after breakfast in room, with the 5th Culinary demonstration. This will be the last one until Dubai when the Master Chef Alfredo Marzi returns to our ship. We have enjoyed these presentations, thus purchased his cookbook, and had some personal conversation with him along with a picture. We look forward to his return in mid April.
We looked at photos from the formal night trying to decide which is difficult as many turned out pretty good. Rick went to choir and Chris worked on organizing things to mail home from Honolulu tomorrow. Will be nice to be on land again after 5 days at sea! Enjoyed some deck time before dinner as we had some nice weather.

Hi you two,
I love traveling the world with you. Thanks. I've had a cold for a week so I've been relaxing in the afternoons and watching a bit of TV. I watched " Leave it to Beaver" everyday last week. That show is so cute. Anyway, it got me wondering about Jerry Mathers. I haven't heard anything about him for years, so reading about you meeting him is so neat. Glad to hear it.
