Today was a rather quiet and relaxing day. We both attended the 2nd Culinary Demonstration by Culinary Ambassador, Master Chef Commendatore, Alfredo Marzi. He prepared three dishes; Escargo French style, Reindeer Chile Alaskan & Mexican style and Opera Cake, Italian style. We visited the photo gallery for new photos and made some selections.
Lunch was at the Princess Pub and then Rick went to the Veteran's Get-Together while Chris worked on updating blog information with both of us actually creating new postings to the blog site.
After dinner entertainment was Bobby Brooks Hamilton, who was absolutely fabulous. He is the son of the late Jackie Wilson.
January 24, 2012
Had a easy day a sea got some reading in and some sun and pool time. The evening entertainment was Mark Preston, former member of the "Letterman". It was a very good show.
January 25, 2012
The seas were a little rough today. This was formal night, Captain’s Circle Party, and the entertainment was “Motor City” with the ships singers and dancers and the “Champagne Waterfall” party followed.
January 26, 2012
We went to the 3rd Culinary Demonstration followed by a tour of the galley. The rest of the day was relaxing as the seas were a little rough again. The evening entertainment was “The Pacific Princess World Cruise Choir”. The choir was made up of fellow passengers.
January 27, 2012
After breakfast there was a showing of photos for the World Cruise Photo competition for segment 1. We had two photos entered but the winner was a picture of a monkey. Better luck next segment. The evening entertainment was the “Farewell Variety Showtime” starring Comedian Al Katz and singer Bobby Brooks. This is the last night for some passengers, as they will disembark in San Diego. We will say “Goodbye” to some nice people we’ve met.

Love following you around the world!
Hi Rick and Chris,
Thanks for your ecard. It's good to hear from you. Sounds like you are having a fantastic time. I'm happy for you.
I've always wanted to ride on a zipline through the rain forest. I'm glad you did it. I've always wanted to go through the Panama Canal ever since Aunt Merle did it and showed me pictures from her trip. Thanks for writing all about it.
I'm doing fine. I'm staying busy of course.
Love you,
Alona
Hello grandma and grandpa! It is so wonderful to see you guys having a good time, I've enjoyed reading your blog and looking at your photos. Sorry you didn't win the photo contest, but maybe next time! Your pics are beautiful regardless. :) Enjoy the rest of your time, it will go by fast! See you soon. Orion sends lots of hugs and kisses, and so do Kev and I. (well maybe not the kisses but lots of hugs!) :) Take care.
