Black Gold, the coffee press, passed away at 7:17 on the morning of August 27th, 2009. Blacky, was dearly loved by all for his ability to perk up those around him. Only showing sign of physical distress the day before deceasing, this came as a shock to all.
Predeceased by Drippy the Percolator, and survived by Grits the Ground, and Powder the Cream. Blacky will be greatly misses.
Memorial to beheld at the Sanca Cathedral on Sunday at 7pm. All welcome. Please no flowers, but donations can be given to the Instant Coffee Association so someday they may be able to create a beverage worthy of drinking.
