Day 72 - Okay, I'll admit it...my days are all screwed up.  But I think the 10th is Day 72...this is not as easy as you might think - especially when I can't upload on a daily basis...

We started out our day at a buffet breakfast at the stop of what looks like the Space Needle.  We were on a revolving pedestal 465 feet up.  You will see me standing on the glass area over the street!  We had a beautiful 360 degree view of the city.

Okay, so today was rodeo day and I hit an all time high in picture taking for one day - 826!  But not to worry, lots of those were deleted as I went through them.  The Stampede grounds are HUGE...They consists of an Arcade area with carnival games and really extreme rides, food venders with NOTHING that even REMOTELY resembles HEALTY eating, and we LOVED it.  Shopping, lots of people watching, several venues featuring different things at many times during the day and the Rodeo at 1:15 p.m.  We had fantastic seats and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Here is a sampling of that great day!  One thing that was unfortunate about the day was that one of the bull riders was stomped on by that 2 ton beast and was carried away on a stretcher.  Word is that after surgery and two metal rods and several pins in his spine, he is able to walk!  Can you just imagine the pain that young man was experiencing?  Whoa!  A strong breed of Cowboy that's for sure.

Great pics as always dear girl friend!! :) Lots of non stop action for you. I have a cousin in Arkansas who is a professional bull rider. Pretty insane activity in my opinion (for what that's worth)! I can't believe you stood on that glass floor in the tower. YIKES!! And lived to tell!!! Double YIKES!!! hahaha

Figured it was time for me to let you know I am still with you, on every mile of the trip (I suppose I should kick in for gas).

I have always enjoyed your barn photos and look forward to when the book comes out. But your bucking bronco shots are the very best. I could feel their pain on those that were getting tossed off.

And your picture looking straight down from the rotating restaurant - - after I stopped being dizzy, I noticed your feet.
