left the train station to find ramie's place. he's a guy from socal that was studying in milan - we were staying in the same hostel in rome and he said i could crash in milan with him. he had an apartment with three italian guys. skated around. borrowed ramies bike and rode to the duomo. the duomo is pretty rad, crazy spires, inside there are all these giant pillars that reminded me of the redwoods. On a walking street there was a big national geographic outdoor photo exibition with giant pictures all lit up. it was fun to ride through.
went to see The Last Supper, it only took about 5 minutes to get in so i guess i was lucky. it was probably one of the most affecting pieces of art the whole trip. i loved it. saw milans castle.
