I am a so called "middle aged" Australian who decided to make a major life change and get out of the senior government service to teach English. I have traveled extensively through SE Asia and simply LOVE the people, places and cultures. I have a particular fondness for Vietnam but decided to take my first teaching placement in China which offered more support etc. But 6 months in China was just not long enough to immerse myself in the wonderful culture and now I have found the greatest position combining my two areas of expertise - nursing and teaching.....how lucky am I??
Looking forward to this new, exciting phase in my life.
