We're a couple who decided to drop out of the 'rat race' in 2009 and do some travelling to see the world from a different perspective. After 6 months on bicycle moving through Europe and the Middle East, and then continuing for 2 more months with backpacks ending in Africa, we were changed people. Returning to Canada briefly, we took an opportunity to live and work in Scotland for a few years which has, again, been an incredible experience and opened our eyes to so many things. Now we're taking the opportunity to travel throughout SE Asia and Oceania for 6 months before returning to Canada to start up our own self-sufficient farm and never return to the rat race again.....
