Wow, I had a similar story about the space cakes in Amsterdam...wayyyy too much happy in those cakes. And I only ate HALF of one.

Opium wow, is it legal over there?

We tried the "happy pizza" in Siem Reap, but made the mistake of asking for "extra happy"; turns out to mean paralytically stoned! We couldn't make it to the temples the next day as we were just too stoned to move. We tried it again the next day, only this time asking them to put it in a banana shake and that was more of a pleasant high (we could still walk after).

Tried opium tea in Vang Vieng which put me in a little world and I became one with the mountain and river - it was pleasant experience.

Not big into drugs, but just thought I'd try them as a new experience. Relatively harmless, especially compared to alcohol - plenty of walking casualties in Vang Vieng owing to alcohol related incidents!!!
